Wouldn’t you like to take a vacation in a setting like that picture? I know I would. Between screaming kids and working, that just looks like the perfect getaway. Well, at least it does for me. Beautiful and serene — what more can you ask for?

For my family, we actually don’t ask for much of our hotel rooms. I’ve been checking out Swiss Hotels and for my family, they meet our needs. We just ask for comfortable beds, room for my kids to play, and a pool or playground is nice. It doesn’t matter if it’s a chain hotel (though we do like little quaint places, because they seem to attend to you needs and personalize your visit a tad more). A definitely plus is a breathtaking location. When we were in Arizona last year, it was awesome to awake to the beautiful scenery.

Now, if we were to ever visit Switzerland — this is the hotel we would stay it. It has everything we need with the beautiful scenery I like.  This hotel was built over 100 years ago, so it definitely it defines Swiss to a tee.  There is a panoramic view of 2 lakes, three of the peak of the Eiger, the Mönch and the Jungfrau, and there are countless ancient buildings from the earliest days of tourism.   This is definitely someplace I could relax and take a vacation to and experience Switzerland at it’s finest.
